Fun in the mudEven though our bodies are designed to move in the three planes of motion (sagittal, frontal, transverse), certain activities require a higher concentration of one or more planes. Understanding this is a key element to sport specific training.

Whether you’re a weekend warrior or training for a marathon, I will guide you and help condition your body for the rigors of your chosen activity.

A well-functioning body also requires knowing how and when to recuperate. This doesn’t simply mean taking a day off. I work with you to develop “off-day” training and myofascial therapy sessions that you can do on your own.
