When my younger brother died from complications with obesity, I became determined to help others not follow the same fate, and enrolled in a year-long personal training course through NPTI. Through that comprehensive, 500 hour intensive diploma program, I learned all about anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and correct exercise techniques. You won't get bored in our sessions - no two are ever alike. Each session will get you motivated, sweating, and moving. I watch over you like a hawk, making sure you keep correct form.
