When my younger brother died from complications with obesity, I became determined to help others not follow the same fate, and enrolled in a year-long personal training course through NPTI. Through that comprehensive, 500 hour intensive diploma program, I learned all about anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and correct exercise techniques. I don't come into our sessions with a pre-determined workout in mind. There might be days when you feel too tired to do more than simple stretching. So that's what we do. There will be other days that you're full of energy, and want to push your limits, being ever mindful of your torn meniscus. I keep all those issues in mind, so you get the best quality session for how you're feeling that day.
